Sebastian Banasiak-Adaji is 14 years old and has been performing since he was 6 years old, playing violin at many public and stage events locally in Australia.
More recently he was a winner of the PolMusicA 2021 music competition special Award of the Society of Polish Culture in Victoria for violin solo classical performances of pieces by Polish composers. Sebastian is currently attending the Sydney’s Killara High School and is extensively participating in the school’s music program. He holds the first violin part and the concert master role in the School String Ensemble Orchestra and is a leading percussion musician in the School Stage Band, the Jazz Ensemble and the Percussion Ensemble. Sebastian has been studying violin (7 years) and orchestral percussion (6 years) reaching grade 6 AMEB, achieving for both instruments Distinction and High Distinction results. In the future Sebastian wants to pursue a career in music and eventually become a music conductor.
