PATRONAGE OF THE 15TH FESTIVAL OF POLISH VISUAL AND PERFORMING ARTS

Sydney will be hosting the 15th festival of Polish Visual and Performing Arts in Australia and New Zealand, PolArt Sydney 2022, from 27 December 2022 to 6 January 2023. The festival is held every three to four years in different capital cities around Australia, with 2003 being the last time Sydney hosted the festival.
Since the inaugural festival held in Sydney in 1975, PolArt has proudly showcased Polish culture through folkloric dance, music, theatre, literature and visual arts in all the state capital cities of Australia. The artists and performers come from all corners of Australia and New Zealand.
The PolArt festival is the largest and longest-running festival of its kind outside of Poland.
PolArt Sydney 2022 Inc are delighted and privileged to announce that His Excellency Ambassador of the Republic of Poland to New Zealand Grzegorz Kowal has agreed for the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Wellington to take joint patronage over the 15th festival of Polish Visual and Performing Arts, alongside the patronage granted earlier by the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Canberra.
